I had my hearing on Nov. 9, 2010. You should be the one receiving my attorney fees. I learned more from reading this page than I did from my attorney!! If she had told me 1/4 of what I read I might have known what to expect. Bless you and thank you for taking the time to help us by writing this article. I thought for sure I was going to be denied since it was taking almost 4 weeks to hear anything and now I feel a bit better.

This was very helpful. Thank you for all the information. I had my hearing on March 5th and have not heard anything yet. I did call only once today and they said that a decision has been made but they don’t know it. It is in the process of being assigned to a writer. I hope that is good news. My lawyer said he was pretty confident, so I will just be patient like you said. Thanks again.
